Steve Weisz is the President of Marriott Vacation Club International. He is also a member of the Advisory Board for the Ritz Carlton, LLC. Steve's career with Marriott spans 32 years and includes several key executive management positions. Prior to his current position he worked for Marriott International and served as EVP Lodging Brands, SVP Sales and Marketing and RVP Operations. He holds a BS, in Hotel Administration, from Cornell University, and an honorary doctoral degree from Johnson & Wales University. He is a member of the Board of Directors of ARDA, the Industry Council for the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University, the Advisory Board of the UCF Rosen School of Hospitality Management, is a past board member of the Maryland Hotel/Motel Association, and is Immediate Past Chairman of the Board of Governors for Children's Miracle Network.

Jim Rowan is the President of Arcus Financial Services, an industrial bank subsidiary of Wellpoint, Inc. Jim has broad experience in the financial services sector, particularly in building and managing large financial operations, managing investment and merger and acquisition activities, and leading start-up companies and associated financings. Previously, Jim held senior executive positions with Encryptix, SunAmerica and Security Pacific. Jim earned his bachelor's degree in accounting, summa cum laude, from Arizona State University and his Masters in Management degree, with honors, in finance and marketing from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Glen Mella is the President and COO of Control4, an early leader in IP-based home control and entertainment systems. He has held senior-level management positions within large, publicly-traded software and consumer product companies, as well as early-stage technology ventures. Prior to joining Control4, Glen was with Triton PCS. Glen has also held executive and management positions at CRS Retail Systems, Found, TenFold, Novell, WordPerfect, Dial Corporation, and Frito-Lay/PepsiCo. Glen holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University.

Scott Knell is the head of enterprise architecture and IT strategy at MedImmune. Scott is a veteran IT strategist and management consultant with experience at the highest levels of large organizations. The former director of IT Research for Computer Sciences Corporation, Scott has consulted to half of the Fortune 100 and advised IT organizations on six continents. Scott began his career as a computer programmer in the U.S. space shuttle program and at IBM where he directed global training and consulting in artificial intelligence technology. Scott holds an MBA in decision systems from the Marshall School of the University of Southern California and is currently conducting post graduate research in management and leadership at Lancaster University in the U.K.
